Step-by-Step Guide to Automating LinkedIn Image Posts

The process of automating the creation of LinkedIn image posts begins with setting up a new table in AITable.ai. This table will serve as the management hub for your LinkedIn post content.

It must include three key fields and pieces of information: an attachment field for post images, a long text field for post content, and a select field (which includes the “post” option) to trigger publication. You can add other fields based on your content management needs, such as a date field for scheduling posts.

Next, set up a “Send Web Request” automation in AITable.ai to ensure participant information can be received by Make.com. For the trigger, select “Record Matches Conditions”, and set it to activate when the status changes to “Sent”.

For the action, choose “Send Web Request” and fill in the necessary information based on the configuration.

In the Body fill-in box, you need to pay special attention to the path that references the attachment field: Attachment – Join attachment URLs – Convert to JSON string.

Then, create a new scenario in Make.com, and select “Webhook” as the first module. Choose “Custom Webhook” and generate a URL to paste into the automation settings in AITable.ai. Once you’ve successfully tested the data capture, you can move on to the next steps.
