The following Aitable Copilot Supplemental Agreement (“Copilot Supplemental Agreement”) is an additional part of your Aitable Privacy Agreement and Terms and Conditions of Service. It applies to your access and use of any Aitable Copilot feature. Any terms used herein have the same meaning as in the Agreement. In the case of applying the personal use service terms, any reference to customer data in these Copilot Supplemental Agreements should also refer to user content.

“Aitable Copilot” refers to any feature provided and labeled as Aitable Copilot by Aitable, using services provided by data models trained by machine learning.

“Aitable Copilot Data Agent” refers to the data analysis toolkit of Aitable Copilot, including tools for generating data analysis charts/text/document content from preset prompts, and tools for extracting data from existing view content through preset prompts.

Improving Aitable Copilot. Aitable does not use your customer data, nor does it allow others to use your customer data to train machine learning models used to provide the Aitable Copilot data analysis suite. Your use of the Aitable Copilot data analysis suite does not grant Aitable any rights or permissions to use your customer data to train our machine learning models. Only when you are using Copilot DataAgent for data analysis, the system will automatically read your view data on Aitable (default to read the view data of the current Copilot stopped page), and upload the extracted information to a third-party large model. We collect this information, including but not limited to the questions, suggestions, answers you provide, etc., in order to provide you with services and improve our products.

Artificial intelligence and machine learning models can improve over time to better address specific use cases. When you give us your permission, we may use the data we collect from your use of Aitable Copilot to improve our models.

Input and Output. You can provide inputs for Aitable Copilot to process (“Inputs”), and receive Outputs generated and returned by Aitable Copilot based on the Inputs (“Outputs”). Only when you use Aitable Copilot Data Agent, the input will contain your view data in Aitable. You bear full responsibility for the development, content, operation, maintenance, and use of your customer data. You will ensure that your Inputs and the use and Outputs of Aitable Copilot do not (i) violate any applicable laws; (ii) violate the Copilot Supplemental Agreement; (iii) infringe, violate or abuse our rights or the rights of any third party. You acknowledge that due to the nature of machine learning and the technology supporting Aitable Copilot features, the output may not be unique, Aitable Copilot may generate outputs that are the same or similar to Aitable or a third party.

Aitable Copilot Feature Usage Restrictions. You may not use Aitable Copilot or the Outputs to (i) develop base models or other large-scale models that compete with Aitable or Aitable Copilot; (ii) mislead anyone into thinking that the Outputs of the service are entirely generated by humans; (iii) generate spam or use for content dissemination in election activities, or (iv) in violation of any technical documentation, usage guides, or parameters.

Disclaimer. Aitable makes no warranties about the accuracy of the results that may be obtained from using Aitable Copilot or any other information obtained through Aitable Copilot. You understand and agree that any material and/or data obtained through any Aitable Copilot feature is at your own risk. You should not rely on factual statements in the Outputs without independently verifying their accuracy. Outputs that appear accurate due to their detail or specificity may contain significant inaccuracies. Aitable Copilot cannot dynamically retrieve information, and the output may not take into account events or changes in the underlying facts that occurred after the AI model training. Any information or advice obtained from Aitable or through Aitable Copilot in any way will not create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

Service Level Terms Do Not Apply. Despite any contrary provisions in your agreement or service level terms, downtime of Aitable Copilot due to third-party service failures will not be included in the calculation of availability and downtime.

Third-Party Provider Policies. If you choose to use the Aitable Copilot feature, you may not use the Aitable Copilot feature in a way that violates any OpenAI policies, including its content policy; sharing and publishing polies; community guideines.
